HP ProLiant DL380 G7 Raid(raid 5) 구성하는 방법

테스트 환경

$ dmidecode -t system | egrep "Product Name"
	Product Name: ProLiant DL380 G7
$ lsb_release -d
Description:	Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

논리 드라이브 삭제

현재 구성되어 있는 논리 드라이브 확인

ssacli controller slot=0 logicaldrive all show
$ ssacli controller slot=0 logicaldrive all show

Smart Array P410i in Slot 0 (Embedded)

   Array A

      logicaldrive 1 (279.37 GB, RAID 1, OK)

   Array B

      logicaldrive 2 (7.37 TB, RAID 5, OK)

삭제할 논리 드라이브 확인(Array B - logicaldrive 2)

논리 드라이브(Array B) 삭제

ssacli controller slot=0 array B delete
$ ssacli controller slot=0 array B delete

Warning: Deleting an array can cause other array letters to become renamed.
         E.g. Deleting array A from arrays A,B,C will result in two remaining
         arrays A,B ... not B,C


Warning: Deleting the specified device(s) will result in data being lost.
         Continue? (y/n)  y

논리 드라이브(Array B) 삭제 후 남아있는 논리 드라이브

$ ssacli controller slot=0 logicaldrive all show

Smart Array P410i in Slot 0 (Embedded)

   Array A

      logicaldrive 1 (279.37 GB, RAID 1, OK)

할당되지 않음(Unassigned) 물리 디스크 확인

ssacli ctrl all show config
$ ssacli ctrl all show config

논리 드라이브 구성

새로운 RAID 5 구성 생성

ssacli controller slot=0 create type=logicaldrive drives=2C:1:3,2C:1:4,3C:1:5,3C:1:6,3C:1:7,3C:1:8,4C:2:1,4C:2:2,4C:2:3 raid=5
$ ssacli controller slot=0 create type=logicaldrive drives=2C:1:3,2C:1:4,3C:1:5,3C:1:6,3C:1:7,3C:1:8,4C:2:1,4C:2:2,4C:2:3 raid=5

Warning: Controller cache is disabled. Enabling logical drive cache will not take effect until this has been resolved.
1. 컨트롤러 캐시를 활성화하기
ssacli controller slot=0 modify cacheratio=50/50​

 

2. 논리 드라이브 캐시 활성화하기
ssacli controller slot=0 logicaldrive 1 modify cacheratio=50/50​

스패어(spare) 드라이브 지정

ssacli controller slot=0 array B add spares=4C:2:4

구성 정보 확인

ssacli ctrl all show config
$ ssacli ctrl all show config
